This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Lebeausoft Ltd (trading as VenueCloud) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the http://www.venuecloud.net/ website ("Site").

VenueCloud Customers

Companies that use VenueCloud to run contests and mail campaigns may require users to supply certain information to them.

Name, Email Address, Phone Number

By default each competition will collect basic information that includes their full name, email address and optionally phone number. By entering a contest you are accepting that contest owners will have access to the information you provide.

Social Logins

VenueCloud Contests allows you to connect social accounts to your profile - primarily to automatically fill in their name and email address. Companies will be able to see information related to the accounts that you connect. This information includes your social profiles URL.

• VenueCloud will never use or post to these accounts without your permission.
• VenueCloud will only ever use information that you have made public or allowed us access.
• VeneuCloud does not know or store any passwords associated with your social media account.
• If you wish to remove the link between VenueCloud and any social network, you can remove the VenueCloud app inside that specific social network.

Requesting Data Deletion

To request deletion of any data that VenueCloud stores on you, please contact either the VenueCloud client or else VenueCloud directly at info@venuecloud.net .
